The turnaround time of a printing order commences once the PDF or a hard copy proof is finalized along with printing specifications and sent back to DawnPrinting by you. In order to make sure that you get your products delivered within the committed turnaround time, you need to make sure to approve the proof by 12:00 PM of business day otherwise one business day will be added to the shipping time and excludes Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
The orders that do not match any of our technical requirements will be put “On Hold” and you will be informed about the same.
After your order has been printed and shipped, please allow additional business days for delivery depending on your selected shipping procedure.
The business days are from Monday to Friday. While you calculate delivery time, you can’t count Federal Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Please make sure that DawnPrinting will not be held responsible for any delays in shipments caused because of poor weather conditions, any possible delays from the couriers or any international custom issues. However, we work only with reliable couriers that always go out of the box to ensure on-time shipping of all the printing orders.
Defect/Damage Claims, Returns & Refunds: Although DawnPrinting always makes sure that each of the printed articles is quality assured and checked for any possible damages before being shipped yet if there is any claim for defects, damages or shortages, the clients must report to DawnPrinting within 5 working days. If claims are not made within 5 working days of order delivery, DawnPrinting will consider the job as accepted.
DawnPrinting does not have refund policy. However, in case any error has been verified by their technical team, the company will re-print the entire order free of charge.
