Discretion of Copyrighted Contents:

DawnPrinting reserves the right to discrete any packaging printing orders deemed improper or considered illegal at any stage of the printing process. Moreover, DawnPrinting will not be held responsible for any post-printing claims or legal actions that may be faced by the client from a third party owing to violation of copyright laws or illegal use of trade names or slogans on packaging boxes. The client holds complete responsibility of all material submitted to DawnPrinting for printing and/or publication.

DawnPrinting strongly opposes and discourages the copying, republishing and redistribution of any material and software published on its website.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

As all orders are unique, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credits.

Cancellations of Orders:

In case a client decides to cancel the order at any stage of the designing and printing procedure, he/she is required to compensate for all the incurred costs and related obligations at the time of cancellation. However, if you’re ordered item has been shipped then it cannot be cancelled.

PS:

It is not possible to cancel orders via email; the client is required to call helpline and talk directly to a customer support representative.

DawnPrinting divides the entire printing procedure into four phases that include:

  • First Phase
  • Only the online payment has been made so far by customer and verified by our online payment system.
  • Second Phase
  • In the second phase, the payment has been verified and designing job has already started.
  • Third Phase
  • The artwork has been designed, proofread by the customer and sent for positives & platting.
  • Fourth Phase

The orders have been printed and are ready for shipping to the address provided by the client.

All orders are cancelable before stage 2.If an order is cancelled in stage 1; you will be charged $15 plus 5% of the total amount to cover payment processing, bank charges and to cover our design department fees. For orders cancelled in stage 2, minimum 20% of the total order amount is deducted as cancellation fees to cover our design department’s charges. After an order enters stage 3, we can still try to cancel the order but we cannot guarantee order cancellation. However, if the order is still in stage 3, and the user wants to have it cancelled; a minimum of 50% of the total order amount is deducted to cover expenses. Once an order reaches stage 4, it cannot be cancelled.

Digital Screen / Monitor Color Proofing: A client needs to keep in mind that a slight or more variation between color proofs and the completed job is to be expected. This is because the digital proofs and those printed on laser or inkjet printers are always a little different in tone than that of the offset printing machines. These slight differences would always be automatically considered acceptable by the clients.

Overruns / Underruns: DawnPrinting usually delivered exact or a little more quantities of orders of its valued clients without any additional cost however in case of any significant underrun, the client will only be billed as per exact quantity delivered. The generally accepted trade practice is plus or minus 10%.

DawnPrinting ™ will only provide design files at 72 DPI (low resolution).If you would like to purchase higher resolution designed files, please contact support@DawnPrinting.com for a quote.

CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK:

All artwork or designs and images must be provided in CMYK format and with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI DawnPrinting.com ™ is not responsible for any color changes that occur in conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes.DawnPrinting.com ™ is also not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to customer provided artwork.

PROOFING & MATCHING:

All print jobs require customer approval of the final art work and job specification sheet. Once an order has been placed, final artwork proofs and a job specification sheet will be sent to customers via email. Customers are responsible for reviewing all details mentioned in the specification sheet, including but not limited to, delivery dates and or production speed, and confirm that all of the customer requirements have been accurately noted. DawnPrinting.com™ is not liable for any specifications and requirements beyond what are noted in the final specification sheet. In addition, it is the responsibility of the customer to review the final artwork proof as proofreading is the responsibility of the customer. Due to the multiple ways that files are prepared, unplanned changes can occur. What is shown on the final proof represents what will be printed. DawnPrinting.com ™ strongly recommends that the proof be printed out at 100% to check actual position, spelling, and other design elements. DawnPrinting.com ™ will not be responsible for any design or spelling issues that are not identified by the customer and communicated to DawnPrinting.com immediately. Upon approval, the design file and job specifications will be forwarded to the production department and printed as is.

DawnPrinting.com ™ is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by the customers. Screen proofs predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not color or density. DawnPrinting.com ™ will try to match the gradient density of each color in duo-tone. DawnPrinting.com ™ is not liable for the final appearance of a duo-tone unless the customer orders a color match proof. In addition, application of lamination may effect or change the appearance of the printed colors. DawnPrinting.com ™ is not liable for the final color appearance of a laminated products.

CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROOF AND LAYOUT APPROVAL PRIOR TO THE PRINTING

DawnPrinting.com ™ is NOT LIABLE for errors in a printed product caused by any of the following:

  • Graphics Orientation or Placement and Incorrect Font Usage
  • Spelling, Grammatical and Punctuation Errors
  • Wrong Die cuts, slits or Incorrect and Missing Folds
  • Finished Product Size
COLOR ACCURACY AND HARDCOPY PROOFS:

DawnPrinting.com ™ will reproduce color from submitted print-ready files as closely as possible. However, DawnPrinting cannot guarantee color match and color density because of limitations in the printing processes, different properties of various printing surfaces, as well as neighboring image ink requirements. The accuracy of color reproductions is guaranteed to be within 90% of the final proof you approved. Please note that DawnPrinting can only guarantee color reproduction for your print-ready files if you order a hardcopy proof for an additional charge. Please note that DawnPrinting is not responsible for color variations between submitted print-ready images and the actual artwork or product they represent.

INDEMNITY:

You agree that you shall indemnify and defend DawnPrinting.com ™ and all parties from whom DawnPrinting.com ™ has licensed portions of Content, and their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms and Conditions or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic or other material you incorporated into Products that was not part of the standard Site Content.

RE-PRINTS:

The customer must notify DawnPrinting.com ™ within 3 business days of order delivery of any defects, damage, or missing items discovered in the delivered products. DawnPrinting.com ™ will not be responsible for any claims for defects, damage, or missing items that are not filed within 3 business days of the delivery date.

In order to receive replacement products, customer must return (at their own expense) at least 99% of the received product within 10 days of the initial order delivery date. No returns will be accepted without prior written return authorization from DawnPrinting.com ™.

All charges related to expedite printing (rush printing or shipping) are NOT REFUNDABLE, including those orders that are returned for any reason. No Exceptions.

ORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

DawnPrinting.com ™ offers the following production options when placing an order:

STANDARD (Shipping Time NOT GUARANTEED):

Free Ground shipping within 48 contiguous states.

Usually Ships within 10 to 14 business days after final proof approval.

Shipping time for Standard Service is not guaranteed.

PRIORITY – Guaranteed to ship within 8 business days:

Free Ground shipping included within 48 contiguous states.

Products will be shipped within 8 business days after final proof approval

EXPRESS – Guaranteed to ship within 6 business days:

FREE Ground shipping included within 48 contiguous states.

Products will be shipped within 6 business day after final proof approval

In all cases, final proof approval must be received by 11:00 AM EST otherwise one business day will be added to the shipping times.

All DawnPrinting.com ™ customers agree not to hold DawnPrinting.com ™ liable for delays in shipments caused by technical issues, weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond DawnPrinting.com ™’s direct control. DawnPrinting.com ™ shipment and delivery dates are calculated based upon estimates provided by our suppliers and recent order history.

DawnPrinting.com ™ will always act to make sure that delivery schedules are met. However, unexpected equipment failure, malfunction or technical problems may delay the printing or shipping processes. In case of delays in the printing or shipping processes, rush charges or expedite fees will be refunded or waived where applicable. Orders cannot be cancelled due to delays in the printing or shipping processes.

All DawnPrinting.com ™ customers agree to pay all customs duties and fees on good that are shipped to their respective locations. It is the responsibility of the customers to make arrangements to clear customs for shipments delivered outside the United States.
